Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll do what we can to make it right.

  • Did you order from Tease Boutique? You can exchange items by mail within 30 days of your order date.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise or vintage items, online or in store, as noted on our website or otherwise.

Easy Returns and Exchanges by Mail:

Returns by mail - $6.00

It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

  • Email us at info@teaseboutique.com stating your name, the item that you would like to return, and the reason for your return. If your item is eligible for a return, we will email you a return label and invoice.
  • Print both the invoice and return label.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your return invoice.
  • Print out a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  • Take the package to your nearest authorized shipping location.
  • Upon receiving the package, we will deduct $6.00 from your original purchase amount and issue you a credit for the remaining balance.

Exchanges by mail

Return your purchase using our easy mail return process (within 30 days of your order date). Order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1-866-708-7018 or emailing us at info@teaseboutique.comYou will not be charged the $6 return postage fee, and your new items will be shipped at no cost to you. We'll send out your new merchandise as soon as we receive the your package.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What's eligible for return? You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased as a final sale or is a vintage item.

  • Returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Footwear returns must include the original shoebox without postal labels. Footwear returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer.
  • All swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
  • Unworn sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase if accompanied by the original receipt and complimentary case, with tags attached. This does not include vintage glasses, which are final sale.
  • Returns of handbags, dresses and other goods must have all tags.

Can I return sale items? No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. All sale items are final sale.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase? You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
